October favorites + NYX review

It's November already and can you believe it is only month away from Christmas! I look forward to all the celebrations and can't wait for winter to come. So since October ended I thought it would be great to share with you my October favorites. Without further do let's begin.
In the pictures above is one of my October favorites. It is a concealer for Manhattan. I haven't used this brand in awhile and to be honest I think I've tried it only once and haven't had any opinion about it. But I bought this concealer and was kindly surprised. The concealer itself is really good it gives you a great amount of coverage and blends nicely. But if you twist the packaging it is a loose powder with little sponge. Fixing powder works really good with concealer and gives you a nice matt finished look.




Also I've been loving this Garnier toner with rose extract. After I cleanse my face I like to use this and it gives me a nice soft skin and it is also soothing it very well. Loved it.





One of my favorite chapsticks this month were Nivea Vitamin Shake. It not only moisturizes your lips but also gives great hint of color which isn't bright and looks so better at the fall time.




As I said in my last post I will do a review on NYX The Curve eyeliner. And well it wasn't as good as I expected it to be. I am a huge eyeliner fan and since I started to use it I can't imagine any eye look without an eyeliner. My favorites are the liquid ones, they are so easy to apply and looks great. This NYX eyeliner is a marker type and I have tried marker typed eyeliners before and wasn't impressed. But since this was on the expensive side I decided to give it a try. And I don't regret it because any type of trying and learning is really great and of course I will use it up but the thing is that like it says on the box it is for beginners. Your finger can easily rest on top as you apply it. And it doesn't bother me to be honest but what I don't like is the marker type. All marker typed eye liners for me is hard to apply. Anyways I hope I'll get better with it.

 

This is the comparison to the simple marker typed eyeliner just to give you a little idea of how it looks. I think it's great for beginners and anyone who is good on applying marker type eye liners.

And last but not least mt candle! I love burning candles in the fall and winter time it gives the coziness and great smell to the room. This candle isn't really fall candle but it smells exactly like grapes. I need mooore candles for fall and winter haha.

New in

I was shopping a little today. I was at mall and went to few stores just to see if they have anything I'd like. So I picked up few things that I am really happy and excited about. 

 I know that to most of you it might sound crazy but NYX just recently showed in our stores. I've been waiting for so long it it's finally here! I've been wanting this eyeliner so bad that I didn't have second thoughts. I haven't tried it yet so I can't give you my opinion but I'll try soon and I'll do a review. I'm really excited for this product, hope it works great. 

 

Also I picked up this single eye shadow in beautiful champagne color called 'High Light'. It's really pigmented and in my opinion the color itself is gorgeous. Can't wait to try it out.
Also I bought pants you can see in the first picture above, but I didn't get a great photo where color shows great so I'll wait until outfit pictures and show you. Anyway it's in beautiful burgundy color, love it. Bought it at H&M.

So I had a lovely day, I went to cafe and drank coffee with ginger and ate pumpkin muffin. I love the autumn and all the goodies it has. Also today is Halloween, so what are you up to? It's been awhile...

So it has been awhile. My laptop was broken and I still have to figure out how to post decent pictures with my iPad. Anyway, I'm back and I hope I won't have to take these long breaks from writing blog. I didn't have my computer but I still took lots of pictures and I'll share then with you today!

I love autumn and all the beautiful colors it has. I love crunchy leaves on the ground and I love the weather how it cools down and reminds that winter will be here soon. Also I love fall fashion, I love big comfy sweaters and scarfs are my big obsession. Also I love cuddling at home with my blankets and drink hot chocolate, watch movies and TV shows. I feel like doing Fall post and telling all the things I love about this season so I won't spoil everything now. :)


So one beautiful autumn day I met with my friend and took my dog for a walk. It was really fun and it was perfect weather to wear my cardigan. I love it. Navy blue is one of my favorite colors for clothing. 

My fall break has started and this friday me and my friend went out. We met in the city center and visited park that has been built few weeks ago. Also we climbed on the top of the 3 Crosses mountain because panorama there is gorgeous. It is fun to feel like a tourist in your own town. 

Later on we were sitting in the cafe and talking. When we left sun was already down so it was the most beautiful time. I think towns and cities look so amazing at night.

Back to School and Were have I been?

                     

I have to apologize for my absence. I had many things to do, many places to be, but I have to say it was fun! One more thing- I got all photos for new posts, but my computer is being fixed now, so for now I am going to post using iPad and phone's pictures. I really hope you don't mind. Also I got back to school yesterday! I am Junior now. This was my outfit for school start. I chose mint silk shirt with golden buttons and light pants with white leather belt with golden studs on it. For my shoes, I wore black wedges, which I didn't take a picture of, but I'll show it in up coming post. I wore my hair straight and had smokey make up. 

                    

                    

After school me and my friends went for lunch. There were millions of people and we had to wait for our table, but after all we got it! Then we bought drinks and snacks and came to my place. We had such fun girly talks! Loved it. 

                                    

                                 

 

                                 

Today we didn't have classes so we went to the city center to visit church with my new class. I am junior now but we have new class, because after sophomore year we have to choose our profiles and they made schedules with the classes you've chosen. I think it's really great to meet new people and have classes with different people than only one your class. Love it. : ) 

So, since we had trip today, I wore dark pants and camel sweater. I had leather jacket on top, because it's already autumn in Lithuania. Been raining all day. Good to have my pink umbrella!

Accessory

I am really sorry I didn't post yesterday as I was supposed to do but I was REALLY busy, so I post today. I thought I would share few pieces from my accessory collection. These are the ones I wear often. 

My favorite bracelets. I really like layering them and making my own arm candy. :) I like bracelets more than necklaces or rigns and I love wearing the for every day. Although I don't wear bangles anymore I feel like it's and old fashion for now, but fashion goes around and comes back.

There was a time where I wore necklaces but it seems like it's gone for awhile. So when I feel like wearing any necklaces I would choose between these three. Also I have many necklaces with keys because it's funny story behind these. Once I bought a necklace with key when after few days I found more beautiful one and another one. So after that my friends started bringing me key necklaces from their holidays. That's a cool way to start a collection, haha. 

Rings are another of my weaknesses for accessory. I have plenty but I chose these because they're more interesting but for daily bases I wear more delicate and simple ones. There was a time for double finger rings so I got one. I thought it looked cute with little anchor on it. These two blue rings came at a time for turquoise colored rings. The second one in a picture I bought in foreign country.

I am obsessed with earrings and at the moment I really like studs. Although for special occasions I choose fancy ones. I think I'll show these soon.
